☕ Coffee Bliss Tiramisu Cups (No-Bake)

Ingredients:

For the cream layer:

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese, softened)
  • 3/4 cup whipped cream (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (adjust as per your taste)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For the coffee soak:

For layering:

  • 10-12 ladyfinger biscuits (or sponge cake cut into strips)
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting over the top)
  • Grated dark chocolate or chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Coffee Soak: In a small bowl, mix Mummy's Magic Coffee Bliss with warmed rum until fully dissolved. Add sugar, if desired. Let it cool slightly
  2. Make the Cream Layer: In a large mixing bowl,
    1. Whisk mascarpone with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth
    2. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated
    3. Do not overmix to keep the cream airy and light
  3. Assemble the Tiramisu Cups: Take 4 small dessert cups or glasses:
    1. Layer 1: Dip ladyfingers biscuits quickly into the coffee soak (1-2 seconds only) and place at the bottom of each cup. Break them to fit, if needed
    2. Layer 2: Spoon or pipe a layer of the cream mixture over the soaked biscuits
    3. Repeat: Add another layer of dipped ladyfinger biscuits followed by another layer of cream. Smooth the top
  4. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, for the best texture and flavour
  5. Finish and Serve:
    1. Dust generously with unsweetened cocoa powder right before serving
    2. Garnish with chocolate shavings for extra indulgence

  • Add Crunch: Top with crushed roasted nuts or a biscuit crumble
