🧂 Ingredients
For the Tandoori Paneer:
- Paneer - 200 gm, cut into bite-sized cubes
- Thick yogurt (dahi) - 3 tbsp
- Mummy's Magic Garlic Chilli Crunch - 1 tbsp (plus extra for serving)
- Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Mustard oil - 1 tsp
- Fresh coriander - for garnish
For the Jeera Rice:
- Basmati rice - 1 cup, soaked for 15 minutes
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Bay leaf - 1
- Cloves - 2
- Salt -to taste
- Water - 2 cups
For Serving:
- Sliced onions - 1/2 cup
- Lemon wedges - 2
- Fresh coriander - 1 tbsp, finely chopped

🔥 Cooking Method

Marinate the Paneer
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, Mummy's Magic Garlic Chilli Crunch, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt
- Add paneer cubes and gently toss to coat evenly
- Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes

Cook the Jeera Rice
- In a pot, heat ghee. Add cumin seeds, bay leaf, and onions
- Once fragrant, add the soaked rice and salt
- Pour in water, bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 10-12 minutes, until rice is fluffy
- Fluff gently with a fork and keep aside

Grill or Saute the Paneer
- Heat a grill pan or tawa with a drizzle of oil
- Cook the marinated paneer on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and slightly charred around the edges
