🔥 Smoked Salsa Paneer Bhurji

🧾 Ingredients:
- 200 gm paneer (crumbled)
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 1 medium tomato (finely chopped)
- 2-3 tbsp Mummy's Magic Smoked Salsa
- 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder (optional)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil or ghee
- Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) for garnish
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)

🍳 Method:
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter
- Saute onions until soft and translucent
- Add chopped tomatoes and green chilli. Cook until the tomatoes break down and the mixture is slightly jammy
- Stir in Mummy's Magic Smoked Salsa and mix well. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes to release the smoky aroma
- Add turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt. Cook for another minute
- Add the crumbled paneer and mix gently, coating it evenly with the masala
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally
- Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander

🥗 Serving Suggestions:
- Serve hot with parathas, roti, or toast
- Use as a stuffing in wraps or grilled sandwiches
- Great with pav for a smoky twist on bhurji-pav!
