Chicken Tikka Wrap with Dahi Ki Chutney

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
For the Chicken Tikka:
- 300 gm boneless Chicken thigh, cut into strips
 - 3 tbsp thick yogurt (Dahi)
 - 1 tbsp Mummy's Magic Dahi Ki Chutney
 - 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
 - 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
 - 1/2 tsp garam masala
 - 1/4 tsp turmeric
 - 1 tsp lemon juice
 - Salt to taste
 - 1 tbsp oil for cooking
 
For the Wrap:
- 3-4 whole wheat rotis or parathas
 - 1 onion, thinly sliced
 - 1/2 cucumber julienned
 - Fresh lettuce leaves
 - Additional Dahi Ki Chutney (for assembly of the wraps)
 - Optional: Mint leaves, pickled onions, or a sprinkle of chaat masala
 

Method
1. Marinate the Chicken

- In a bowl, mix chicken with curd, Dahi Ki Chutney, spices, lemon juice, and salt
 - Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes (4 hours or more for richer flavour)
 
2. Cook the Chicken
- Heat oil in a pan on medium-high flame
 - Add marinated chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and fully cooked and tender (8-10 minutes). Set aside
 
3. Assemble the Wrap

- Warm your rotis or parathas
 - Spread a generous spoonful of Dahi Ki Chutney on the base
 - Add lettuce, cooked chicken, onion slices, and cucumber
 - Drizzle a bit more Dahi Ki Chutney for extra creaminess and tang
 - Roll tightly into a wrap
 

Serving Suggestions
- Serve with lemon wedges and extra chutney on the side
 - For a party version, cut the wrap into halves and secure with toothpicks
 - Enjoy!
