Chicken Tikka Wrap with Dahi Ki Chutney

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

For the Chicken Tikka:

For the Wrap:

  • 3-4 whole wheat rotis or parathas
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber julienned
  • Fresh lettuce leaves
  • Additional Dahi Ki Chutney (for assembly of the wraps)

Method

1. Marinate the Chicken

  • Add marinated chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and fully cooked and tender (8-10 minutes). Set aside

3. Assemble the Wrap

  • Warm your rotis or parathas
  • Spread a generous spoonful of Dahi Ki Chutney on the base
  • Add lettuce, cooked chicken, onion slices, and cucumber
  • Drizzle a bit more Dahi Ki Chutney for extra creaminess and tang
  • Roll tightly into a wrap

Serving Suggestions

  • Serve with lemon wedges and extra chutney on the side
  • For a party version, cut the wrap into halves and secure with toothpicks
  • Enjoy!
