Returns:


To determine if an item is eligible for a return, please consider the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 working days of the package being delivered, under the following circumstances:
  • Ensure the product is in an undamaged condition if you received the wrong product.
  • Return the item with its original packaging.
  • For processing the return, email details such as order number, images of the damaged product, or any other customer concerns to info@mummysmagic.in.

In the case of a defect in the product's quality, Mummy's Magic representatives will inspect the product and re-ship the order only if there is a material defect in the product's quality. Please note that requests other than those mentioned above will not be entertained for returns. We strive to provide you with excellent customer service.

What is the process to return a product?


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Inform us by email at info@mummysmagic.in within 7 working days of the parcel being delivered, stating the reason for the return and including your order number as the subject line.
  • Await a confirmation email from our end, which will contain the return address.
  • Properly seal the package and courier it to the address mentioned in the email. Safe delivery is your responsibility.
  • Once we receive the product, a quality check will be conducted within 2-3 working days.
  • We will then contact you by email, and you can choose between a refund or store credits (if the product is found to be defective).
  • If you choose a refund, the money will be credited to your account in 24 to 36 days post receipt of the product.


Remember, if we are not informed about a return within 7 working days, the merchandise is considered sold for good.
