🔥 Smoked Salsa Paneer Bhurji

 🧾 Ingredients:

  • 200 gm paneer (crumbled)
  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 medium tomato (finely chopped)
  • 2-3 tbsp Mummy's Magic Smoked Salsa
  • 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil or ghee
  • Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) for garnish
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)

 🍳 Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter
  2. Saute onions until soft and translucent
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilli. Cook until the tomatoes break down and the mixture is slightly jammy
  4. Stir in Mummy's Magic Smoked Salsa and mix well. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes to release the smoky aroma
  5. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt. Cook for another minute
  6. Add the crumbled paneer and mix gently, coating it evenly with the masala
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally
  8. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander

🥗 Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve hot with parathas, roti, or toast
  • Use as a stuffing in wraps or grilled sandwiches
  • Great with pav for a smoky twist on bhurji-pav!
